I ran a Seascape workshop today with a diverse group of people. After some considerations about composition everyone chose an image they wanted to depict and we then experimented with different mark making tools, techniques and materials to create a unique seascape. It was lovely sharing common interests both in terms of art, travel and camping over an outdoor dry season lunch.

I enjoyed working with past participants and meeting new people who were very supportive of each other. Painting is a nice way many of us can switch off from our busy work and spend a little time doing what we love. We all worked through ‘the ugly stage’ and created pieces we were happy with.
